| AMICRONIX is a privately held
U.S. company incorporated in San Jose, California in 2000. With test
system design expertise dating back to Fairchild, the founders desired
to bring together their intimate understanding of IC test engineering
and high speed production testing requirements in a low cost tester
with superior hardware and software capabilities. The result was the
Series 300 IC Test System, introduced in 2001. The reception was quite
remarkable despite world economic conditions, so much so that the
Series 400, Series 500, and Digital Test Head Option are close on
the heels of the success of the Series 300.
